If you are a customer in the U.S, you have 14 calendar days  to return the products and this cancellation starts from the day you received your items.

* Items must be returned within 14 days of received.

* Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused with the original labels still attached.

* Pierce jewelry cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons unless in a sealed and unopened packet.

For countries out of the U.S, customers should return the merchandise within 28 days of the date you received your parcel.
